1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop blazeso.ch. Products are sold exclusively to customers within Switzerland.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded when Blazeso.ch accepts the customer’s order by sending a confirmation email. This confirmation also informs the customer about the shipment.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Note: Blazeso.ch is currently not subject to VAT. Prices are therefore exclusive of VAT.
Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate and added to the total order amount. Orders over 100 CHF qualify for free shipping. Local pickup is available. Further details can be found in our shipping policy.
5. Payment Terms
Payment can be made via Klarna or Twint. Upon order confirmation, the customer is obligated to pay the full purchase amount including shipping costs.
6. Payment Due Date
Payments are due within 10 days after order confirmation.
7. Delivery Conditions
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. No processing takes place on public holidays. Shipping is carried out via Swiss Post.
8. Return Policy
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Original packaging and tags must remain intact.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. Returns should be sent with tracking. Blazeso.ch is not responsible for lost return shipments.
9. Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on the payment method, non-refundable transaction fees may apply.
10. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible. Items must be returned and a new order placed.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without providing a reason. Withdrawal must be submitted in writing (e.g., via email). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
12. Liability
Blazeso.ch is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
13. Images and Videos
All images on this website are protected by copyright and are the property of Suemi Spica. Any use without explicit permission is prohibited.
14. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Blazeso.ch until full payment has been received.
15. Data Protection
Blazeso.ch undertakes to process and protect all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
16. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the district of Zurzach, Switzerland.
17. Product Availability and Reservations
Blazeso.ch reserves the right to cancel orders if a product is no longer available after the order has been placed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
18. Changes to Terms
Blazeso.ch reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is available on the website.
19. Contract Language
The contract language is German.
20. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
21. Customer Account
Customers may create a personal account. All provided information must be accurate and complete. Login credentials must be kept confidential. Blazeso.ch is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent actions by Blazeso.ch.
22. Protection of Brand, Name, and Content
The name Blazeso, the logo, the domain, and all content (texts, images, products) are the intellectual property of the owner. Any unauthorized use or imitation will be legally prosecuted.
